The leadership development programme that Tony and his team at People Dimensions put together in collaboration with UCC was an extremely useful learning journey for me. Having completed a Ph.D. years earlier in my career, I was apprehensive about getting back into studying, while keeping a very busy set of projects progressing in work. Thanks to their flexible approach, a comprehensive mix of study modules was put together and it really enabled the team to gel and actively learn together.

Using a practical approach, based on real life scenarios, experiences from the participants as well as the wealth of knowledge from the teaching staff, the curriculum proved to be relevant, applied and was used in our actual business environment as we worked and learned throughout.

My experience with Higher Diploma was a wholly positive one. Combined with the engaging interactive classroom learning, we had regular one to one sessions with the coach’s (in my case Tony) who had a close understanding of our business and the personalities behind the structure. This was key to put real substance behind the converting the theoretical learning into practical working that could be applied when returning to the office.

Each of the coach’s brought different styles to the table that suited different parts of the course and kept the environment dynamic with different teaching styles.

The Higher Diploma in Leadership development is a very useful learning program that helped me build on my capabilities. I can see the impact on myself, colleagues and teams from day to day. The structure and integrated modules were very comprehensive, yet precise. Over almost 18 months, I was really enjoying the journey of learning.
