Team Coaching is key to building a team that is both more effective and more harmonious. A team coach assists in creating a culture of cohesiveness, clarity, connectedness, collective accountability, and impact. The process creates a high performing team methodology, develops team dynamics, focusing on strengths, minimising weaknesses, dealing with ambiguity and creates a common leadership language.

Team coaching uses a combination of one-on-one and group processes and just like coaching a sports team, coaching a work team involves sharpening both individual skills and group capability.

Team coaching involves one coach building trust, responsibility, and accountability across the team, focusing on the personal, interpersonal, and organisational perspectives to supports the team in achieving its goals.

Rapid Coaching for Promotions and Onboarding

Getting a new role or promotion is a critical time in a leaders career and coaching for individuals during the first 90 days is an important process for setting leaders up for success. Rapid Coaching is working with leaders in a more concentrated way, by supporting the initial phases in a new role and happens on a more frequent basis than regular coaching contracts.  In all  Rapid Coaching for Promotions and Onboarding, a PDI coach works with the individual leader on personal, interpersonal and organisation perspectives.  The process is focused on key indicators of success for the person being coached and working through a process of guiding, supporting and advising the coaching relation is designed to embed a development tool that delivers tangible benefits to the leader being coached. The process facilitates the leaders focus on how best to promote himself/herself, develop effective way to promote learning new strategies, processes, and ways of working.

In addition, the critical element of developing key relationship, team dynamics and stakeholder mapping is enhanced through the process and thereby creating an impact across the individuals interpersonal interactions.

Finally, as coaching is a value exchange, during the Rapid Coaching contract there is a focus on  transferring learning to the workplace through a strategic focus for the leader, delivering early wins and promoting an opportunity to showcase knowledge, skills and attributes in a positive way during the early days of a new role.
