What is Smart Coach?

SmartCoach™ is an online coaching programme designed to improve leadership, build emotional skills and increase the effectiveness of people across an organisation.
SmartCoach™ is a cost-effective platform delivering leadership coaching throughout an entire organisation to achieve measurable change.
SmartCoach™ breaks down the building blocks of emotionally intelligent leadership behaviour and provides insights and practical tools that are all designed to consolidate learning.

Research Based

Research shows that lasting changes in emotional and social skills are developed through regular, consistent, and directed practice over time. Measurable behaviour change requires a process of deep learning the involves Actions + Reflection + Action:
Action refers to grasping, understanding and practicing new behaviours;
Reflection involves evaluating and reflecting on the effectiveness of new behaviours;
and Action again involves the modification and repetition of new behaviours so that they become embedded and more automatic habits of response and essentially new ways of being.
