Future Leaders
Our Future Leaders solutions incorporates entry point leadership skills for our client’s pool of targeted emerging leaders. It guides and supports this target audience in developing an entry point into organisational leadership and understanding what the role of leaders at the front line really involves. Our Future Leaders programmes incorporate developmental interventions that are primarily skills based and create a mindset to lead using exercises and simulations, as well as reflective and action learning. Participants are equipped with Personal Development Planning skills and Leadership in Practice techniques and walk away ready to lead.

Leadership Fundamentals
Our Leadership Fundamentals solutions focus on building leadership knowledge and skills to equip frontline leaders’ to step up in their role through the application of practical exercises. The programme commences with a self-leadership journey and incorporates the use of profiling to step into a self-awareness, self-regulation and self-motivation pathway. The programme integrates practical learning and development applications and challenges frontline leadership to build on personal, interpersonal and organisational perspectives. Participants leave with the capacity and capability to take on additional responsibility, commitment and accountability to lead in a more effective way.

Leading with Difference
Real change leadership occurs in Mid to Senior Leader levels, and our Leading with Difference solutions incorporates the situational leadership mindset and assists this level of leaders to broaden their understanding and expectation of leadership and to lead with difference. Change leaders influence, develop other leaders, and build connection strategies across the internal and external environment and start to step into more tactical and strategic orientations. Change Leadership incorporates the development of a traits and style-based leadership and aligns this audience in developing a philosophy and strategic orientation to lead in a more effective way. The premise that “without awareness leaders can’t be expected to act, and with awareness have no option but to act”, is the foundation of Leading with Difference.

Leading the Way
Leading the Way provides a forum for leaders at the top of organisations to learn, reflect and continually develop in their roles. It has been said about leadership that ‘the higher you go, the lonelier it gets’ and at this level, leaders need an external peer to explore and discuss the expectations of effective executive leadership and support them in developing high-performance organisations. Our Leading the Way solutions are designed to support executive leadership in an organisation and incorporates SLT Facilitation and Executive Coaching. In Executive Coaching, we develop executive leaders ability to examine their own leadership, to understand the impacts at personal, interpersonal and organisational levels, and how to continually develop and grow, no matter their level.
As part of our Leading the Way solutions, facilitation is used to assist executive leadership create positive team dynamics, and, as a team, to execute on the strategic priorities and to shape, accelerate and win in a dynamic business environment. External facilitation allows SLT and executive leadership to step back from the day to day and through leadership in practice, assess the present state through the lens of the organisation’s alignment, capacity and capability to deliver what’s needed to lead the way in the future.
