Communicating with Impact during periods of Change
Aims & Objectives
The aim of the course is to explore the new skills we need to learn to communicate with impact during periods of change, when it is more important than ever to stay in touch with our colleagues, clients and other stakeholders. In current climates, where remote working is now a necessity for many of us, communicating remotely is a whole new world and we may feel a sense of fear of the unknown. In this workshop, you will learn that, even remotely, you can actually improve your communications skills to achieve clarity, impact and brevity

On completion, attendees should have a knowledge of how to:
Think clearly about your message
Create a clear and easy to follow communications structure
Communicate to Influence across virtual channels e.g. Zoom
Learn how to chair and participate effectively in remote meetings
Find the right words in a crisis – learn the language of positivity
Identify ways in which you can become more influential and impactful while working remotely

Attendees will have an opportunity to participate via discussion on dealing with some current challenges, Q&A’s and participate in Break-out rooms.

This course is useful for experiencing or anticipating a period of change or crisis at work, and/or those adapting to remote working.
