PDI was founded in Cork, Ireland, in 2000, and since its formation, the company has developed a boutique Leadership Services and Executive Coaching Consultancy, delivering specialist programmes across both the behavioural and skills spectrum.

The philosophy in PDI is to combine specialists from different fields, to ensure that the insight, cutting- edge creativity, innovation, and solutions management delivered is relevant to client needs. In all engagements, PDI practices its values of connection, collaboration, compassion, courage, and curiosity, delivering high value customer centricity.
PDI clients have come to expect a point of difference in design, development, and delivery of all interventions. PDI invest heavily in getting to know clients, fully understanding their needs, delivering quality solutions, and exceeding their clients’ expectations.
In delivery mode, PDI use individual, team, and organisational diagnostics to validate and determine the most effective interventions and in doing so change the nature and quality of conversations in organisations. PDI bring multinational, multi sectoral, and multicultural experience with quality partners, ensuring a quality experience.
Since 2012, PDI have partnered with Adult Continuing Education (ACE) at University College Cork (UCC) to deliver programmes in Leadership and Management as part of the Lifelong Learning Initiative .
